I'm renewing my lease for next year because I enjoy living here. The staff has always been friendly, the grounds are well-kept, it's close to bus lines, across the street from the park, and very reasonably priced. I also love having such a large bedroom (12x14) for the same price as a regular sized bedroom in many other complexes. Finding parking in the parking lot is often hard at night, but there's always plenty of street parking. And I've never even noticed the noise of the trains.
