I lived in Parkside for two years and honestly have nothing positive to say. The management was inefficient, unprofessional (they actually told me and my roommate that the potsmoker partyanimals who lived below us had been there longer... thus we had to accomodate THEM), and rude, there is NO parking, balls from the baseball field next door fly over into the cars, the walls are paper thin, I came back from winter break to find my kitchen COVERED in ants, maintenance never fixed anything (still had requests that were a year old when I moved out) and the AC was a box in the living room that couldn't cool even the one room! Save yourselves and live somewhere else! Parkside is total trash!
