Good workout facilities, excellent spa! Some of the units feel like they?re about to fall apart, but maintenence is pretty good and the front office is run professionally, so there?s pretty much always someone there during business hours.



Easy access to a large park across the street. Great for the fourth of July fireworks show. You get to walk home while hundreds people are stuck in traffic.



A quick bike ride down F to get to campus, and easy access to Covell gets you to I-80 in no

time.



Trains run behind the complex, traffic on the other side. You get used to either/both very quickly though, and it?s typically very quiet at night.



This is not the lap of luxury, but if you?re on a budget it?s a nice option.
