Simply put, don't rent here. When you tour a unit, it looks a lot better than what you will actually get! Thin walls, nonfunctional a/c units that you have to harrass management to replace, bitchy managers who need power trips to make them feel better, no parking when sports are going on (which is often), and poor insulation so you are burning in summer and freezing no matter what in winter. they could do a lot to fix this place up but choose not to. There is a reason why they are offering so many deals on the apartments right now and it's becuase noone wants to live there!!!!
