I lived at Parkside for 3 years. My apartment was right near the pool area and laundry room. The apartments are spacious and are in pretty good condition considering their prices and how old they are. I had few problems with the apartment. If a problem did come up, the maintenance was quick to respond to the problem. The property is very clean and the gardening is always maintained. The staff: Vicki, Mona, & Nancy are very helpful and understanding. I would recommend this apartment for students looking for cheaper housing that includes more for the price you will pay!!!! =0)
