Currently live here, The apartment complex seemed safe until vehicles started to get broken into and stolen. The apartment managers seemed to withhold information regarding the safety of the property. The apartment management does not communicate to its tenants effectively. The experiences at parkside have been negative. Also during the summer, the jacuzzi/pool is usually broken and takes many weeks to repair. The management at parkside doesn't seem to have their priorities in order.
