Ive been living here for about 13 years and its not fabulous at all but its ok I guess. Inside is VERY outdated I mean verrrrrrrry. There are yellow counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms and the tile flooring is not nice and the carpet is a nasty brown shade. There is also the popcorn ceilings which the old managers said had esbestos and got fired for saying so. We've had plenty of encounters with cocroaches and even one with rats which destroyed plenty of our belonings with their droppings. As far as crime.. Some neighbors have verrrrrrrrrrrrry loud and late parties and other neighbors have gotten their apartments broken into. The outside of the apts is ok but the fences are well overdue for replacement and the pool hasn't been drained for a year or two but looks clean and all the leaves fall around but they are never cleaned. The bushes and grass are trimmed once a week. Oh and the outside of the apts looks disgusting just like the olllld dark brown cabnintz and closet doors. I want to move.
