Yes, the management is remarkably nice, but the owners are CHEAP...the water pressure is ridiculous. If you have long hair, that is, beyond your shoulders, do NOT move here. It will take you at least 5 minutes to rinse your shampoo and conditioner. Also, unless you like having HOT showers only about 25% of the time, DO NOT move here. The water heater has seemingly been turned way down, such that HOT showers are a rarity. Furthermore, the noise from the streets and nearby railroad is obscene! If you like sleeping horribly and being awakened at all hours, then by all means move here!.. oh yeah, the pool is prety, but not heated. It is only practical to use it when the air temperature is at least 90! Oh yea, and about 24 parking spots are available, but nearly double the amount of permits have been handed out! Count on parking on the street if you work late! Bottom line is that the owners do not invest in the property...rather, they consider it a method for making without investing money.
