Quiet community close to everything

My husband and I have really enjoyed living at Pennsylvania Place. It's super quiet, clean, nice pool, friendly management. The only negative is that, as with all leases in Davis, it is time consuming trying to find someone to take over a lease for a few months. Like I said, we love living here, but we need more space to begin our family.
