I have lived here in Pepperwood since Sept 2006 and am sad to have to move. Its a great location next to the grocery store and shopping center and restraunts. Also its right next to the unitrans bus line. The management is great. If theres ever a problem or maintenance request it is taken care of very quickly. The parking is usually pretty good. I had a problem a couple of times finding a spot but the manager recommended another spot and I havent had a problem since. Just don't park in the neighboring complex's lot. Overall it has been a good experience. Large living area, and large patio. And I recommend it to anyone!
