Pepperwood Apartments

Awesome apartments! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I lived here for 2 years and was sad to have to move. The apartment was huge for a one bedroom, and you couldn't pick a better location in Davis. Convenient, pretty quiet, right on the bus line, steps away from the Marketplace and greenbelt. The manager is the best- super friendly guy, and he's always willing to help out his tennants going far and above what's required of an apartment manager. They were always right on top of any maintenance problems, and parking was never a problem. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend living here!
