this place is so terrible. i would never want to live here ever again.. i feel sorry for tenants that have to deal with russell cause he is a complete -------.. we had a bathtub that was clogged when we moved in and asked him to fix it... he just poured some cleaner down the drain which didn't help so we lived with a clogged bathtub for a whole year!! the toilet clogged at the same time and he told us that we couldnt put toilet paper down the toilet.. a downstairs window would never close either so in the winter it was FREEZING cold and when we turned on the heater it didnt help one bit.

i ended up subleasing to someone else cause i coudnt take it anymore. me and my roomate were so happy to live at drake now since its so much nicer

and he tows everyones cars.. once he towed a neighbors car even though he could legally park there
