I couldn't have asked for a greater apt. The staff was friendly and the maintance was there the same day something was wrong. It was so quite I could always study. The parking was great as well. I always got a great parking spot. I would recommend these to anyone

The staff has gardening 8am in the mornings twice a week, so the grounds are always kept...but then again you're always woken up bright an early. Management is okay at best, if a problem arises they look after themselves only and not the tenants

landscape maintainence only happens every Tuesday of the week. You might be hearing stuff over at the Cranbrook side if you live near them.
