This complex is very quiet, especially if you live in a one-bedroom "cottage" like I did. The office staff was very professional and courteous, which I've found is a rare thing in Davis. They were also very fair when docking my security desposit when I moved out (in my experience, most places in Davis will do their best to screw you).

The air conditioner was a wall unit in the living room, which meant the bedroom got pretty warm in the summer in the daytime, but for most people that's not really a big deal.

As others have said, parking availability is great, although no covered parking. The cabinets were crappy particle board, but I think you'll find that at most apartment complexes. The insulation seemed good.

All aspects of living here were either good or mediocre; no major complaints. This made it a great deal for the rent I was paying.
