Disorganized management

Management is extremely disorganized and unhelpful. They did not bother even to tell me the rent was increasing by $20--I found out when I got a notice that I had underpaid my rent (I got charged a late fee too...) The train next to the apartment is so noisy, it shakes the walls of my apartment. The rooms are spacious and rent is decent, but some things just aren't worth it...
