I do agree with some of the other reviews that the management can be a bit disorganized at times but they have always been kind and courteous to me. The problem is there seems to be a revolving door of managers and you never know who you are going to see in the office. The maintenance person is friendly and gets everything done in a timely manner- I've never had any problems with that. The train can get a bit loud but you get used to it really fast and the other person is not telling the truth about it running at night all the time. I've lived here for two years and I live right in the back next to the train and I've only heard it maybe three times at night. Parking is great compared to other apartment complexes nearby, but sometimes the Cranbrook residents/guests park in our spaces because they have to have permits and we don't. But I've never had a problem finding parking close.
The apartments themselves are nice and spacious for the price. They are kind of old but I think they're planning on renovating it soon, and the AC is crap. Overall, I would recommend the place to any of my friends, provided they don't mind basically sitting on the AC when its freakin hot in the summer.
