This place is horrible. It is put together cheaply and is not worth the rent. Our new carpet has loose threads everywhere, our curtains fall off for no reason, the dishwasher just sucks, and when they painted, they got paint on everything and just left it there to dry. The shower is super short, if you are taller then 6 feet you will have to bend your knees to shower. The walls are very thin too, you can hear people outside even if their are just talking quietly. And if you have rude neighbors like we do, you will hear loud music everyday. And the water bill is ridiculous. First off they charge you 10 bucks to start a new account. Then they charge like 4 bucks after that every month for a "service charge". And it is stupid that they spilt the bill between buildings, so you end up paying your neighbors water. I was away last month for the entire month and I still paid an 80 dollar water bill. I mean that's ridiculous.Management told me that the average bill was around 50 for water, well I have not seen one less then 75 for the entire time I've lived here. Plus half the time my water is only luke warm, sometimes I can't even wash pots or pans, and showers are not enjoyable. Whne I asked management to help they told me that because they had a more complicated system then just a boiler system, that noone knew how to fix it and they would have to call another company. Which they obviously never did because the would obviously have to pay them, and my water wasn't hot for another day and a half. Plus if you live anywhere near the trains do not move in. They are so loud, I am in the third apartment over from the trains and the whole complex shakes sometimes. Management also told me that the trains only run from 8am-8pm before I moved in, which was another lie. The trains run all day and all night. I have been woken up at 4 in the morning because of the trains. Plus lots of lights in the parking lots and around the grounds don't even work, and the laundry rooms are never locked they said they would be. The management will say anything to get you in here, and they will pretend to be really nice and like the apartments are really great but their not. Take your money elsewhere.
