If you enjoying having mice and roaches for roommates Pinecrest is the ideal place to live. The grounds are gorgeous but the pest, rodents and mold growing in the walls are enough to kill you...literally. I am a single mother who resided at Pinecrest while I attended college and have been there many years and the way Pinecrest handles rodents is sending out the exterminator who hands you mice traps glue trap.
