Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
If it wasn't for the location, I would not have stayed here an extra year. The rat situation wasn't too bad during the day but rather annoying at night. If you don't mind the noise and rat poop mess this is a wonderful place to be. Otherwise, look somewhere else.
