I never had a rodent problem but did have an insect one. The maintenance manager is the owner's husband and he is great. She, however, can be quite the -----. blunt, tends to lecture. they have a pool and sauna I never used. Looks clean, though. Laundry room is great, never had anything stolen or had to wait. Mail comes really LATE to here though. No night security or maintnce. Office opens really late. Deposit cheap but they want 1st&LMR. SMALL APTS too! convenient location. probably ok if temporary and u dont crave big places
