Managers were great people, who are really helpful.

Sometimes the dorms next door gets loud, but not intolerable.

Central heating and A/C works great (a necessity in Davis).

Rent increased once during our 3year stay.

I got all of my deposit back, despite the fact that I had 3 cats, a dirty roommate, and had lived their for 3 years with minimal cleaning.

Overall good experience living there.
