I lived here in a one-bedroom (really a studio). The patio
is very big. A little bit of noise sometimes. One of the
manager is a bit cranky sometimes but if you know how
to deal with her, she's very responsive. Chris, her husband
is very good. The repairs are done very quickly.
Management team keep their hours and is very professional.
I subsequently moved to a larger apartment (Cascade also
in Davis) and paid a lot more. What a mistake. Do not ever
live in Cascade or any apartment owned by Tom Cross of
Star-Crossed Inc (Properties) BTW.
I think overall this is a good complex.
