I would prefer anyone to live in this apt. complex... The Neighbors are quiet, friendly, and helpful... Ive lived here for over 4years now and I love the reliable service this place provides... The manager is easy to talk to, they provide you with the highest quality of help, and the maintanence guy is quick to respond to any "fix-it" problems... we had multiple fix-it requests and all were done in a matter of hours to a few days... (power surge, light fixture, door fixture, and even a new dishwasher...) so as you can tell this place takes care of thier long term tenants... anyway all and all... if you are a college student looking for a convenient home near campus, then this place is the one... the bus comes every 15mins from 7am-5pm then every 30mins there on after till 11pm... its 2.5miles from campus so bike riding is bout 15-20 mins... parking is a lil scarce but you dont need a permit to park on the streets... it has a park, food market, and shopping plaza within walking distance... it is very very quiet during all seasons of the year... neighbors are and were never a concern for disturbance... they provide their own wireless internet service... and have laundry rooms placed in close quarters to every unit... because of the rising inflation prices this place might change by the time you read this... so expect a range of 800 to 1000 dollars for an apt here... thx and i hope this review helped...
