Portage Bay is wonderful place. In fact, this place is so great, it has two bus stops right in front of it! It's very quiet and there's ALWAYS a place to park. One of the many things that I really like about this place is that we've never had a problem with insects or rodents. Also, the mangement is absolutely great. They are extremely friendly and helpful. For example, we moved to a larger apartement within the complex last year and they were very accommodating through the entire process. Plus, whenever we've needed something repaired, they've always responded promptly. This is overall, a really great place to live.
