wow...the only thing good about this place was the cheap rent and convenient parking. the management was very unprofessional and very poor. We had multiple mold issues that grew in our unit due to water leakages. Cockroaches are were everwhere! Not only would we find cockroaches crawling through our front door about every other day, they crawled onto the walls and stuck on the ceiling. Neighbors were extremely noisy and the walls were too thin to block them out.
I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone. It's not worth the cheap rent.

well i agree with the pest problems (there are a lot of insects/spiders). However management does try to fix things, and the grounds are kept beautifully. Besides right now portage bay just had a new repair guy, so may take some time before he gets into the swing of things.

Anywhere you live in Davis there are roaches, you can't blame the apartment for the natural environment.
