Rats, roaches, high crime, etc. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   Pro's: Friendly apt. manager, cheap rent, nice location, efficient air conditioning, quiet. Con's: Rats and roaches (outside mainly). Cars are broken into often. Old disgusting carpets that never get replaced. Holes in walls that don't get patched, or walls repainted. Cracks in walls. Poorly fabricated cabinets. Poor maintenance. Old appliances and window blinds.
