I hated living here! There was so many insects inside and out(especially cockroaches). Ugly, shabby rooms. Maintainance is overkill, finding every small reason to come inside your apartment (maintainance check at LEAST once a month). A lot of plumming problems, sewage backing up and flooding the entire bathroom floors.

Manager only pretends to be nice and friendly, but is actually very mean and racist. Commented, "I have had enough -------- from 'you people'" during moving-out day. Took away over $400 of deposit because of ONE pet stain on ONE corner of a closet, very obvious that it was done on purpose. Very outraged with service, and extremely happy to have moved away.


AND NO I WILL NOT REMOVE THIS REVIEW.

Your reviews concern me because you are making accusations about the manager that are extremely offensive, defamatory, and libelous. If you don't know what libelous and defamatory mean, here is a good description by good ol' Wikipedia: "In law, defamation is the communication of a statement that makes a false claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may harm the reputation of an individual, business, product, group, government or nation. Most jurisdictions allow legal actions, civil and/or criminal, to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism. The common law origins of defamation lie in the torts of slander (harmful statement in a transitory form, especially speech) and libel (harmful statement in a fixed medium, especially writing but also a picture, sign, or electronic broadcast), each of which gives a common law right of action." And guess what? This website, Apartmentratings.com, has a rule about this in section 2e. of its Terms of Service. Just because she is white and you are whatever race you happen to be, what gives you the right to make such incredible accusations? You've done it twice now, in 2 separate reviews. I also couldn't believe that you would do the same thing to her assistant manager, because by saying that she agreed with you, which I know is a lie, you are basically calling her a backstabbing liar, and putting her into a horrible position. How cruel of you! And should I get out the little violin for you because your day off is on landscaping day? Would you prefer they moved it just for you? You've got a lot to learn about life, little guy. For one, every day is someone's day off. Would you prefer the landscapers didn't come at all? Imagine the cockroaches then! Another lesson to learn: Davis has a lot of cockroaches! You cannot escape them. You can run, but you cannot hide. It doesn't matter where you live in this town. They will be there. You also changed your story about the bugs! In your review, you said that bugs came out of your carpet. In your response to me, you said they came out of cracks in the walls. Huh? It's very amusing to me that you think I might be a crazy person, and a possible stalker! That will keep me laughing for days... :-) I also think it's very amusing that you have moved away from here and you have still not been able to let go! Why must you go on harping? You really should let go. It's not healthy!!!
