management is great, couldn't find nicer people.

The apartments are old and a little run down, but the grounds are maintained nicely and the rooms are big and prices are decent for the conditions.

plenty of parking and safe, but you will get some sap from trees on your car.

It is also a comfortable complex in terms of the other people there, I think management is a little more picky about who they want to live here, so that's a plus.

maintenance is also good, responds quickly.

I also got 100% of my security deposit back.

Noise was a bit of a problem for me, you can hear whenever your neighbors close the door, the walls and ceiling are pretty thin so you can hear what goes on outside pretty easily.

For example, after a rainy day, I could year the each ping from water dripping down in the gutters.

The area is generally quiet though, so noise wasn't too big of a deal.

Overall the place is good, mainly because the management tries to keep the place feeling like a community and they try to make sure their tenants are happy.
