I have lived at Portage Bay for a little over 2 years and I love it. I moved to Davis about 6 years ago and moved every year until I found Portage Bay. The apartments are nice with plenty of room and lots of storage plus every apartment has a nice, large patio area. There is always plenty of parking unlike other comlexes where you can't find a spot after 6pm. The grounds are always looking beautiful and the management and maintence staff are awesome and always available. The main reason I love living here is that it is so quiet. I never hear my neighbors at night or during the day. Other reviewers have complained about bugs in there apartment but I have never once seen a cockaroach in mine but maybe that is because I am clean!
