After living here since September, I have found this is my now favorite apartment complex that have leased in Davis. The rent is acceptable, the management/maintenance are amazing, and there is always parking (even if it's farther away). Although the square feet may be less than some other complexes, the beautiful grounds and pool make up for it. Connected to the D and K line Unitrans buses, this convenient location is hard to pass up.
