Primero Grove

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   primero grove is a nice place to live in as the buildings, facilities and units are very well-maintained. the rent is very reasonable considering that a fast LAN connection via the university and very decent cable are all thrown in. maintenance is done quite promptly, only a couple or so days after a work order has been submitted. the management staff, once you get to talk to them, are quite nice too and will make the effort to try to accommodate reasonable requests.
