Primero Grove

Excellent facility, staff and location. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   For Davis, Primero Grove was probably the cheapest yet it still had an excellent facility. All of the apartments were clean, well kept and updated. The staff was very flexible about everything; it was more of a friendship than a tenant to landlord relationship. Also, you can't beat the location. The complex is right next to campus which comes in handy quite regularly. All in all it is a great complex.
