It's on campus, great location, free cable and T1 internet.
Most office staffs are nice except two.
Authoritative management. Treat you like high schoolers. No trust between management and residents. Act nice and friendly, but care more about money even they're non-profit.
And I can't think of why they cite students for not sticking parking permits on exterior of car window.

I got slapped with the same issue of sticking the permit to my car. I was told it was because other PG residents were giving their permits to friends who dont even live here leaving some of us out in the cold (like me). Really sucks some have to spoil it for the rest of us. In the end, its a reasonable request.
