Can't beat the location here, it's right on campus. Rent is decent and parking is ok depending on where you live. The only thing about this place is that when they post up those 24 hour advance entry notices, they never come when it says! I honestly don't like people entering my apartment b/c I have found things missing before. So when these notices go up I try my best to be there. The most recent one spanned for 2 weeks and when a neighbor of mine called on the last day to see if they were still coming, they said all apartments would be checked that day. NO ONE CAME! When her roommate called again, they said the unit inspection will last 6-8 weeks! This is crazy seeing as nothing was done between the 2 week time frame beforehand. This also happened when they did the fire alarm check too. They are very unreliable when it comes to doing scheduled things in a timely manner. And it doesn't seem like all the ladies at the front office know what's going on besides the extremely mean one that is the manager.
