The apartment deposit was pricey, but definetly in the same range as the rest of the apartments in Davis. The apartment is quiet, the landlord is really nice and lives on the property so if something needs to be fixed it is done in a flash (I have never had the problem myself)
No dogs, which means no noise! AWESOME billiards room, and pool that is tested daily! Very clean, quiet and 1/2 mile from UCD! Great place to live!
