Not the Best Value, but Good Place to Live

We have an upstairs one-bedroom and have lived here since June 2002 (we will be leaving in August 2004). In general, it has been a positive experience. The maintenance staff is very responsive, the staff is helpful, and it has convenient access to the buses and Safeway. You could do a lot worse. I suspect that the rent is not the best value. Our rent in the second year has been $20 less than the first year, and they did not increase it in the proposed lease agreement that they sent. If we were staying in Davis, then we would probably stay. I would recommend giving it a look.
