I'm not sure if the other reviewer (with negative comments) entered comments for the right apartment complex, but that description doesn't match my experience at all. For one thing, the apartment, carpet and kitchen were all brand new in the unit I lived in, and it was a very modern, attractive 2 bedroom apartment. If some units in the complex are older than others, I simply suggest that you let management show a few of them to you before you make your decision (this is a logical thing to do anywhere you look for an apartment, so the negative reviewer really only has him/herself to blame if they hated the look of the place and moved in anyway). There was assigned parking and a very decent pool (nice during the super-hot summer months), and it couldn't have been more conveniently located: right on the free bus line to UC Davis, and literally right around the corner from the Safeway shopping area (where the famous Dos Coyotes restaurant can also be found). I never had any problems with management.
