Overall I had a good experience living in Sequoia. I thought the management was friendly for the most part although they are horrible about fixing any problems. The two-bedroom apartment had fairly decent sized rooms as well as a nice vaulted ceiling in the front room. I never had any problems with pests except for the occasional ants but I would recommend trying to be on the second floor to avoid this problem. The parking is kind of annoying since all apts only get one assigned spot and then must fight over the few visitor spots or park out on the street. But for those who like to take Unitrans, the G line stops directly in front of the complex. The Marketplace is also directly around the corner which is nice for groceries and other stuff. The biggest problem I had with the apartment was the noise coming from the trucks going into Safeway. They are soooooo horribly loud and drive by at all hours of the night. So if you are thinking of renting here I do recommend trying to find and apartment on the far side of the complex away from Safeway. Basically if you're looking for a nice, quiet apartment complex this could be the place for you!
