I feel like the rent here is too high, but that's probably because I'm from WV where I rented the same size apartment for 290$ a month. Anyways, the apartment was super clean and freshly painted when we moved in and we've had no problems with things breaking or anything. Our neighbors were pretty loud sometimes, but if I asked them to turn down their music they did so. Sometimes people parked in our parking spot, which was annoying if we had company over (we didn't have a car until a few months ago, and since then we've had no problems with it). Being next to safeway and bus stops is good. Now the downside. We live in #5, which is right behind the shopping center around where dos coyotes is. There are always delivery trucks going back and forth all hours of the night (even at 3 or 4am). A guy with a leaf blower is frequently back there early in the morning as well. Trash and recycle pick up is also right there and is super loud early in the morning. Late at night the employees from the restaurant stand around out there and make lots of noise and sometimes play loud music. So while I like the apartment itself, it's just way too loud where I am. I hardly ever get a good night's sleep even with earplugs.
