The wall is very very thin. I was forced to share all the music and TV shows that my neighbor played. There were mice running on top of the ceiling. The unit wasn't clean when we moved in and we listed every dirty spot in the check-in list. But we still end up with paying all the cleaning charges when we move out. The manager made me feel I was a trouble maker every time I went to talk to her.

I had the same problem. Light cleaning was actually very expensive. They also told us "spot painting" but went behind our backs to paint all the walls, not telling us, but charging us for everything. Extremely corrupt and backhanded.
