FORGET IT! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   IF YOU LIKE HOT WATER, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BE. LADIES IF YOU NEED TO SHAVE YOUR LEGS, YOU'LL BE FINISHING YOUR SHOWER IN THE COLD. THE NEW MANAGER IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT & DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT TO DO!! ON TOP OF THAT THE OWNERS OR THE NEW MANAGER DIDN'T BOTHER TO SEND A CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT LETTER TO THEIR TENANTS. THESE ARE DEFINITELY NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS AND WITH THIS NEW MANAGER, THEY'LL BE THE SLUMS IN NO TIME!! HAVEN'T HAD MICE PROBLEMS YET, AND HOPEFULLY BE OUTTA HERE BEFORE I DO SEE THEM. KEEP LOOKING...................................
