Look elsewhere From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The previous post on getting the deposit back is vague and ambiguous. Sure, you'll get your deposit back...just a slight portion of it. At Seville they charge you for everything...from carpet cleaning to painting all the walls (even though they claim they'll do just spot painting, they will paint the entire walls and charge you for it). In summary: THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. Please, look else where. Management will always be management...mean, cold, and unfriendly. If you really want a good manager/landlord, consider living in a house. There you'll get prompter service than what's at Seville. And another thing, who cares about the cookies at the office' They're cold anyways when you get them...probably sitting there for ages.
