Sharps is a decent complex if you dont mind not having any porch to speak of, and a pretty small balcony in its place. The idea of having nothing on the first floor (at least in the 4 bed room townhouses) is ridiculous. I have to walk up 2 flights of stairs everytime I want to go to my room. Carrying stuff up the initial stairway can be treacherous. The maintainence guy is really good here. Parking is impossible in late hours, making you walk a quarter mile from out on the street. Close quarters of units is somewhat claustrophobic, and not conducive to any kind of "noise" you may want to generate. Bad for partyers, bad for non-partyers. In it's defense, the rooms themselves are nice, except for the fact that the apartment traps heat like a greenhouse and is nearly unbearable during the summer.
