we moved in on the 7th & our aparment is STILL not ready! we paid $1800 to live here&same apartmnt is now $1300 month! $500 less each month,so they stuck us with $6,000 more rent for the year -the ofice girl totaly sucks &doesn'tfollow up on anything,we think she is definitely on szomething. we dont have parking spaces because they it is filledup with furniture and carpet rolls and garbage everywhere! it WASa great place las year, just ask anyone living in the complex. dont be fooled! sharps is NOT what it used to be last year! we are trying to MOVE OUT there are much bettr places now in DAVIS
