The surrounding areas of the apartments here at S&F are really beautiful.
Unfortunately, the prices of the apartments have gone up tremendously, and most rooms here can not be shared unless you have a bunkbed or someone puts their desk outside in the living room.
Service for Maintenance is fairly prompt and Management is pretty nice. Unfortunately, management does not post up constant business hours so they "might" be in anytime from 9 to 5 pm. Don't drop by around 11 to 2 pm as they choose a random hour then to have their lunchbreak.
Also, for 2004-2005 new renters, management also asks you to pay for water, trash, etc fee with a cap. For 3 people in an apartment, you will have to pay $45 a month for this. I am not sure if this will be raised next year.
Overall, a nice place, but very very pricey.
