I have lived at many apartment complexes in Davis over the past few years. This is by far the best one. I have never had a problem with anything here. Everytime I call the office for work to be done in my aparment it is always done quickly. They have the best cookies around and they always invite us to their barbeques and pizza parties. One time I won $100 for the montly rent drawing - that was really cool since I am on a budget. I also see flyers around the complex that say they will give us $300 for recommending someone to live here.

I recently renewed my lease and they gave me a free carpet cleaning. Everytime I come in to get a cookie one of the women in the office ask me if everything is okay in our apartment.

I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
