Pros:
1.Great location..walking distance to safeway.
2.Great college atmosphere...lots of parties but no riots or girls gone wild.
3.Cool management...young and outgoing...they understand college students. They dont treat you like you're 12.
4.Maintenace guys are quick to fix. Has 24 hour line you can call for emergency.
5.Free internet
6.High ceilings for the townhouse.(Dont live in a one-story..too low.)
7.They take pets here. usually rare for the nicer apartments.
Cons:
1.Toilet gets clogged here. But I guess that could be everywhere else.
2.Gym isn't 24 hours.
3.Have to pay for utility.
4.Parties every weekend, but I don't mind them as much since they're fun.
5.Kinda pricey, but it's do-able if you have roommates. (But its worth it than living in the dump or the ghetto.)
