I've read other comments and wasn't aware I was in a high crime area, because it's so damn expensive here. YOu'll proabably need many roommates to make it affordable. I've never had a problem with ants, mice, or roaches but I live on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Parking is fine for me b/c i use covered parking. It is noisy, but I live on the streets and hear idiots drunk who yell and scream. The maintenance men do seem ill-trained. Our washing dryer has never worked, but we don't really complain. There's always fresh baked cookies and free wireless, but my wireless never worked, yet my roommates did. My bike was stolen, and my car was scratched along the whole side. don't know if it's vandalism, or some idiot squeezing into a "no parking" spot.Either way managers will tow a car for you. I hate coming home late at night, becasue it feels too open to anyone, and parking isn't well lit enough for me. I liked it here, but it is too expensive!!!!! I'd rather live somewhere else where we don't have to cram 4 of us into a 3 bedroom townhouse, it's too tight. I need air!
