We live in two bedroom at Solano and never have problem with theft or car get broke into.
There are few comfortable things, but is not too bad. I have small kitchen, but things are not so bad. no rats.
Trains loud, but baby get used to them.
I easy take stroller downtown and to the arboretum.
Do not let baby feed wildlife! I let baby feed crackers to ducks. got threatened with kick out.
My fault. Is in lease that we not supposed to do that.
We don't have complaints.
