Sorrento

 

I think the apartments in Sorrento are pretty nice compared to other ones in the town of davis.

The bedroom are quite decent in size as well as the common areas.

The only problem is the rent.

Being one of the older complex in South Davis, the price here is comparible with other newer ones.

Living here gets quite pricey if there isn't a room that is being shared.

Parking is another hassle here in sorrento, it is pretty difficult to find a decent space coming back at night.

Aside from that, Sorrento overall is a pretty quiet place with very few occasional parties.

And in the daytime you hear the joyful kids running and screaming their little lungs off in the playground adjacent to the complex.

The management is not bad, they respond to problems (pest and maintenance) pretty quickly.

But if i were to consider again, I would consider the nicer Sorrento Villas or the Avalon townhouses with a small difference in price but nicer in quality.
